Construction/Maintenance Update
Inclement weather has continued to limit us to erosion control maintenance. We are scheduled to begin power/phone/cable TV conduit installation along Southshore Drive by the beginning of next week, should the weather cooperate.
Town Hall Meeting & Owner Event
January 10th at 10a.m.
All Bear Lake Owners are welcome to attend the first Town Hall Meeting of the year. Stick around after the meeting for an owner’s lunch provided by the Lure Restaurant at Bear Lake Reserve. There is no cost to attend. To RSVP, please call 828.293.7414.
