Note from the Sales Team
We would like to thank everyone who stopped in during the holiday season to visit our new location and reacquaint themselves with the sales team. We have already seen our first prospects in the New Year and are excited to be an integral part of Bear Lake Reserve!

Construction/Maintenance Updates
Due to inclement weather, we will begin power/phone/cable TV conduit installation along Southshore Drive at the beginning of next week, weather pending.
Water line permitting along the lower part of Crossvine, Shoreline, Southshore, and Lake Forest Drive is progressing well. Submittal of “as builts” to the state regulatory agency should be complete within the next few weeks.
Drainage modifications will have to be made to the Bear Lake Reserve Entrance on Shook Cove road. However, no adverse traffic conditions are anticipated during the construction.
