DOCK UPDATE!

Greetings Bear Lake Dock Owners!

We have gotten great news from Centex that all the docks on Bear Creek Lake have been repaired and meet the requirements of Duke Energy! At the bottom of our blog is a slide show of photographs taken by Scott Lowman of Cherokee Marine for he was contracted to repair all the docks. Currently you HOA agreements do not incorporate the maintenance of individual homeowner’s docks. We recommend setting up a maintenance schedule with Scott Lowman at Cherokee Marine.
