Temporary Memberships

To all homeowners and their guests:
Please have all guests fill out and sign the Temporary Membership agreement and send to Bear Lake Reserve, attention Gail Keel, at least 72 hours in advance of arrival. Guests need to come by the Lake Club for their temporary membership cards before using any of the facilities. The fee this year is $1.00 per family for the entire stay. This fee satisfies our requirements for the state of North Carolina.
